Calm down I'm not having a go at you! I simply have to weigh up what's more important, taking a day off work to wait for a courrier or paying 10 extra for parcel force.

As for what I originally wanted (return postage paid), that's a matter of principle, not money. But I don't have time to enforce priciples and have left neg feedback instead.
