Natural resources funds usually invest in global commodities producers, such as mining, oil and gas companies etc.JPM Natural Resources is the most well known fund.
Solar etc might come under ethical investing.F&C Stewardship Income is an excellent ethical fund (based on equity income principles like the Inv Perp fund) but it's not especially global.Trying to keep it simple...

Good fund IMO, although highly volatile.EdInvestor wrote:Natural resources funds usually invest in global commodities producers, such as mining, oil and gas companies etc.JPM Natural Resources is the most well known fund.
Some global exposure would be good, however diversification is important. You should be looking at having some exposure in Europe and Global Emerging Markets as well as a Specialists funds. And eventually US and Japan. Weightings in these areas should depend on your attitude to risk.0
