2 ISA's, 1 Year, Within my Allowence

Is it possible for me to take out multiple ISA's within the same year if I stay below my Allowance??

    No it's not. You cannot split your allowance.

    you might be able to have 2 if one is a cash ISA and one is a Stocks & Shares ISA

    As it happens, HMG are just sending out warning letters to those who start multiple cash ISAs but ONLY if the total is less than the limit; if you go over the limit, you'll be in bigger trouble.

    So, it's against the rule, and you shouldn't do it, but those who do it once (accidentally or out of ignorance) will probably not be penalised.
