Or go to a library to send an email
Or ask if you can use the work's email to send a message (assuming that you aren't allowed to send personal emails from work usually)

Surely this is a simple case of card fraud that should be taken up with your bank? Just dispute the transactions and if necessary refer them to the published information that CRC has accepted that their systems were at fault.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks

If you've bought something for £700 from CRC and it's shown up as another company, then they're just using a separate firm for payment processing.
If the £700 is in addition to your CRC order, then it's your bank/card company you need to be contacting, ASAP.0 -
