    Thank you all for posting your menus. I enjoy reading them and looking up new recipes.
    Shakshuka will be tried out. This week I will try Frickadellen thanks to JulieG - although I shall make it with chicken or turkey mince as I already make polpettini with minced beef.

    Sunday (yesterday) steak or crusted chicken breast with hm peppercorn sauce, wedges, green beans and salad with cherry sylabub for afters.
    Monday - mozzarella stuffed chicken breast for 4
    Tuesday - visiting MIL will eat out
    Wednesday - Frickadellen for 8
    Thursday - Gammon & cabbage for 3
    Friday - Smoked haddock fishcakes for 3 with leftovers for 2 for later
    Saturday - hm Chicken tikka, hm dahl, hm blackeyed beans & mushrooms, hm rogan, hm saag aloo, boiled rice and salad PLUS some Indian take-away for 12
    Sunday - Steak & mushroom pie with Indian potatoes, broccoli & green beans for 12
    Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog it's too dark to read.

    Really late with my plan:o.

    Mon - Bacon&tomato quiche, sauteed pots, salads.
    Tue - Chili, crusty bread.
    Wed - Beef pasties, roast veg.
    Thur - Fish cakes, bubble&squeak.
    Fri - Spicy pork and rice one pot.
    Sat - Pizza, wedges, salad.
    Sun - Ham&pea pasta, tear and share bread.

    Baking
    Wholemeal bread
    Rhubarb crumble
    Chocolate brownies
    Lime and coconut drizzle cake
    Apple and cheese scones

    Ok plan for this week is:-

    Mon - Pasta Cheese with HM Rolls4
    Tue - Roast Chicken
    Wed - Chicken Salad
    Thur - HM Chicken Nuggets, Stir-fry noodles & Veggies
    Fri - Burgers with Salad & Wedges
    Sat - Jacket Pots, salad & coronation chicken
    Sun - Brunch

    Will make tray bake and flapjack for packups. Littles like yoghurt & fruit for snacks.

    Hi all

    Completely fallen off the wagon in terms of posting on here but been meal planning faithfully...honest :p

    Anyway

    Sunday - Mother's Day and spoiled by DS1 and 2 to warm duck salad and monkfish wrapped in parma ham

    Monday - more normal fare - Frikkadellen, HM wedges, coleslaw

    Tuesday - Spag bol

    Wednesday - Chicken tagine and cous cous

    Thursday - Sausage and mash

    Friday - Scampi and chips

    Saturday - HM Pizza and onion rings
    Anywhere is within walking distance - if you have the time!!

    Hi, I have just spotted this page and have been drooling over the lovely food on here. Here is my list which is not at all as exotic as some of the ones listed:
    Monday: Meat and Potato pie with veg and gravy
    Tuesday: Bean lasagne with HM chips
    Wednesday: HM pizza and salad
    Thursday: Sausage, egg, HM chips and beans
    Friday: HM chicken curry
    Saturday: Jacket potato, cheese and beans.
    Sunday: Roast chicken, veg, pots.

    Breakfasts - fruit, (green) smoothie, soya yogurt or porridge with (dried) fruit.
    Snacks - fruit, vegetables (with houmous), nuts or air popped popcorn.
    Lunches - beans on toast, sandwiches/wraps (houmous and salad, peanut butter), salads, soup or miso soup.
    Drinks - water, soya milk, (green) tea, coffee or juice.

    Dinners
    • Spicy vegetable and lentil soup with home made wholemeal bread
    • Chana masala with wholegrain rice
    • Sweet and sour vegetables with wholegrain rice
    • Ratatoille with couscous
    • Couscous and chickpea salad with vegan pesto
    • (CFR) Bean curry with jaket potato
    • (CFR) Shepherdless pie
    I am a vegan woman. My OH is a lovely omni guy :D

    Already gone off plan. Will try to do better.

    Monday - [mozzarella stuffed chicken breast] Had portobello mushrooms with hm peppercorn sauce for 4 for lunch so just had tuna melt in the evening.
    Tuesday - visiting MIL will eat out as a late Mothering Sunday treat
    Wednesday - Frickadellen for 8
    Thursday - Gammon & cabbage for 3
    Friday - Smoked haddock fishcakes for 3 with leftovers for 2 for later
    Saturday - hm Chicken tikka, hm dahl, hm blackeyed beans & mushrooms, hm rogan, hm saag aloo, boiled rice and salad PLUS some Indian take-away for 12
