Thanks for starting the thread. Here's my mealplan for the coming week, aimed primarily at using up stuff I've got in the freezer.
Sat: Peri-Peri Prawn Stir Fry with Noodles
Sun: Meatballs with Pasta
Mon: Meatball Subs (have to buy sub rolls)
Tues: Chicken Curry with wild rice
Wed: Not sure
Thurs: Toad in the Hole
Fri: Lasagne
Sat: Chilli con Carne with Sauteed Potatoes
I'm going to make a cake or something this weekend to fill the biscuit/cake tin, and there's fruit for snacks. Lunches are sandwiches or leftovers, and there's some homemade gammon shank soup if I fancy a hot lunch.

Monday – [STRIKE]homemade fishcakes with salad of some description[/STRIKE] I can't taste, so not bothering with these. Will have something snacky instead
Tuesday – beef stew with dumplings

Thursday – staying at my dad’s so will wait and see
Friday – going to London for the weekend, so no idea!
Saturday – as Friday

Very late posting this week, am bogged under with uni course!
SAT: Burger & chips (just me and DD's as DH out on the razz!)
SUN: At my parents for Mothers Day, my dad has promised us a BBQ - yum.
MON: Dinner: SC Chicken casserole with dumplings and green beans.
Lunchbox: HM Sausage roll & salad sticks.
TUE: Dinner: Jamie Oliver's 'Jools Pasta'
Lunchbox: Tandoori Chicken drumsticks with mini naans.
WED: Dinner: Sole fillets with cous cous & roasted tomatoes.
Lunchbox: Leftover pasta in flask.
THUR: Dinner: Jacket potato with beans and cheese
Lunchbox: Soup & rolls.
FRI: Dinner: Pasta & pesto.
Lunchbox: Sandwich
Breakfast will be toast, porridge or eggs for all of us. Snacks will be brownies, twinks and hot cross buns.0 -
Just got mine sorted for next couple of weeks. This week we are having:
S: l-HM tomato soup and sourdough cheese scones
d-HM pizza
S: l-leftover soup and scones
d-Roast duck legs with roast potatoes & carrots and broccoli
M: Boston baked beans, garlic bread and salad.
T: HM meatballs in pittas with salad and coleslaw
W: Dhal with green beans and rice
T: Pasta bolognese
F: HM pizza or fish
Breakfasts will be porridge, toast & peanut butter or eggs.
Lunches for DH are l/o duck in wraps/soup/various HM frozen 'ready meals'. For me and DS1 they will be rolls with cold meat and salad/soup/beans on toast.
Snacks are banana bread/yogurt/fruit & cheese.

well i have started the grocery challange so I do think by meal planning it will help keep me on track and help me make use of what I have got. This my list but some days will be swapped arould.

D.Jamie Oliver Meat Loaf from the ministry of food New potatos green salad.
Sunday B. Grilled Tom,grilled bacon, scrambled eggs.
L. Roll with ham.
D. haven't got a clue as DDs said they are going to cook for me but as they are both not here and have done no shopping I dont know what it is going to be:rotfl:
Monday B.bran flakes with banana
L.green salad HM coldslaw ham.
D.Roast veg pasta bake.
Tuesday B.bran flakes with blueberries
L. left over pasta bake.
D. salmon new pots for me sausage beans and mash the rest.

all of this I have in except for the chicken which i will have to buy and the cous cous salad will last a couple of luches

Breakfast - Poached egg on toast
Lunch - BBQ'd chicken (freezer) with salad
Dinner - Grilled fish (what ever is on offer) with salad and coleslaw.
