The Compaq 2009 has a more basic graphics system built in, and as it stands, will not play "The Sims 2" to a good standard (although it will play it with various settings turned down).

The Fujitsu 6405 has a better graphics card, and will play "The Sims 2" very well, along with the majority of current games.

Both computers are equally upgradeable in terms of their graphics cards, although the Compaq will need its current onboard graphics disabled for an upgrade to work.

thanks, very helpful, I found out last night that THE SIMS needs to be loaded for it to play THE SIMS2 PETS game, but thats an other problem.
