BT Broadband throttling

I'm interested in the BT Infinity broadband package and wanted to find out more about BT's throttling policy. I know they do throttle but does anyone know what services they throttle, how much they throttle by and when they throttle.

I've seen a really nice table by Plus.net here: http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/products/archive/bbyw_archive.shtml

which makes it nice and open when signing up to a broadband package. Has BT published something similar?

i doubt BT would publish anything like that. I'm sure if you give them a call and ask they would have to tell you.

I wish we could get infinity. Only get 3mbps here. boo hoo

Thanks for the advice. However, I've decided to go with ADSL24 purely because they do not throttle their service. I think their lowest usage allowance on the fibre broadband is sufficient for what I use it for so I'll stick with that.
