Kerry - one thing Dr Dragon and I do is have another wallet, so that if we are going to the pub say, we put x amount in there, leave our normal wallets with cards in at home and once the money is gone it is gone! Basically we know approximately how much a round costs and put that in notes in the wallet (any change gets added on for the next time
), could you do something similar? ie get a certain amount of cash out for quick pints of milk shopping type thing and only take that wallet out with you?
Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Muffin man glad your son is ok, there's alot of chest infections and nasty virus's going about at the min.
Would just like to report my 8th & 9th NSD for today and yesterday. Spent on friday to get some food shopping but resisted today dispite running out of squash. Just drinking fruit tea instead. Just cooked a fruit cake and the smell is divine and helps to keep me out of the shops to cover my sweets cravings. Looks like i might actually get my target before i break up for easter on good friday.

Evening all! Well I am declaring NSD #8 - so that's me over half way for the month :j
Been busy at home today - mowed the lawn and did some hedge trimming in the front garden. Also pumped up my bicycle tyres in the vague idea I might start using it to get to work some days a week. Am slightly worried as the back tyre seems to be a bit craked
Cooked a pork loin steak I found in the freezer last night for me dinner today, had it with some of the apple date and ginger chutney I made last year ....yummy! Am currently cooking some home made museli bars - kinda thrown together from some cheap museli, chopped apricots and chopped nuts I found in the cupboard (well I did the chopping myself) with honey, butter and sugar. Not sure how they'll turn out as I used less than the recipie I was vaguely following, and am not sure how much more healthy they will be than shop bought ones..but surely they must be cheaper eh? Fingers crossed for me.
Pile of washing in and pile of ironing to do this evening - ugh, how can it be monday already tomorrow????Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
