Any decent Regular Saver ISAs available?

I agree that regular savers can offer excellent rates - the year before last, First Direct did a regular saver account at 7%, we had the lump sum available, but we were better off opening a normal saving account as a holding account and then transfering the money monthly - we found a standard account offering 5%, so we averaged 6% overall (ave 3.5% on Isa + ave 2.5% on saving acct) which was marginally better than the best fixed rate Isas available.
