I got a text from the t mobile store I got my phone from saying I'm ok to get an upgrade. So I phoned up t mobile 150 as I didn't have time to go to the shop, they told me upgrade time is october as I'm on a 24 month contract. The contract i signed and have a copy of says 18 month, where do i stand and what do I do?
Cheers

You have a copy of the contract. Ask them to either correct their records (system) or prove that your copy is incorrect.

    As simple as that.

Yeah, I'd get onto this but under no circumstances send them your original contract as it might be "lost".

If the contract says the minimum term is 18 months, it's 18 months.

If I were you I'd either take the contract to a T-Mobile store and show it to them, or post a copy to T-Mobile with a covering letter explaining the problem.
