For those of us like myself who don't mind fixing for longer, Birmingham Midshires have launched a new 5 year 5% fixed rate ISA which accepts transfers in and new money only for the next tax year.
I have initiated a transfer of an ISA to the Skipton 5 year 5% one when it was on offer and will now be able to put next year's allowance into this one.

There's already an existing thread about this BM ISA (https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3142640)
Good shout though, I will definitely put my 2011/12 ISA allowance into it! :j0
