Thanks for trying m8. It looks like it working out as a 6.5% discount. It's better than nothing but I have a friend going away in Easter so
I might try and get him to pick one up duty free at the airport. (I just wanted one now and could'nt wait till Easter)
I'll get back to you if it does'nt work out. Thx0 -
Bet everyone is glad Boots pulled their Ipods off their site on the 10% day0

WOW! £125 - £10 online code + £3.95 postage = £118.95 BARGAIN!!0 -
The new iPods are less expensive because they come with fewer included 'accessories': Whereas previously you would receive things like both a USB and a FireWire cable, a Dock or a mains charger (depending in model), and a video cable for the iPod Photo, none of these are included in the base price anymore - though they're all available as accessories. So, the price cuts are not so impressive if you need all the accessories (in which case by adding them to the iPod you essentially pay the same price as before), but for those who don't use the accessories, you no longer have to pay for them.

I'm all confused now, I really dont know what to do!
I was all set to buy one from the appe store for £120 (£130 student price + £8 discount) but now this has been revealed about not getting an ac adaptor i dont know...
Can you charge the ipod with the usb cable included? I dont think its fair to reduce prices and then charge extra for things you got for free before the price cut. Do I actually need any of the accesories that have been cut>
Im tempted by the john lewis price, does anyone know the vooucher code for £8 off? And is it really worth paying more on the apple store for the new generation one?
Thanks0
