Vodafone - problem paying the bill
Hi my son has a contract phone, in my boyfriends name. He joined the army on sunday and his bill is due to be paid.
The problem I have is my boyfriend usually rings off sons phone and pays on debit card, but the phone is switched off in Winchester.
I havent set up an online account (cant set one up now, as we need the code thats sent to the mobile) and we dont have a paper bill so cant pay this way.
He only gets his phone back for 30mins on sunday so I need to sort this out ASAP HELP!

Can't your BF call Vodafone from a landline? Not the cheapest call, but better than have a payment missed.

You can pay the bill through Vodafone's automated payment system. Follow the prompts, enter the mobile number your wish to pay and a card number. Its quick and easy and the money goes straight on the account as paid.
