Hi,
I've browsed this forum for a long time and I have seen VERY mixed reviews of this store. But most of the time, it's to do with a gift or a cashback deal.
I was wondering whether these guys are worth while for a simple deal with no free gift etc:
****/mobile-phones/HTC/HTC-Desire-HD/3/18-Text-500-%2824mths%29/8450050
****/mobile-phones/HTC/HTC-Desire/3/18-Text-500-%2824mths%29/8450048
(Can't post links)
I really want to move away from the 'keyboard' on a small smartphone (E71 nokia) onto the touchscreen segment. And the HTC's (apart from the iPhones) seem to be the ruling class.
I couldn't help but notice that the HTC Desire at £18 a month with an upfront cost of £49.99 seems like a steal considering I get 500 mins, 5000 texts and 1GB of internet.
Seeing as I almost always use less than what is provided, I may never incur extra charges for going over, making this deal seem a little too good?
Now, I just wanted to know if this store is trustable for a phone and sim with no other addons.
Thanks!

I have used them for many years for myself and relatives, with free gifts, auto cashback and redemption cashback and have never had a problem. Most people who complain about these deals do not follow the terms and conditions. If you are just considering a straightfoward purchase then theres not really anything to go wrong. Have you checked that the network you are thinking about has good coverage in your area.?0

Yep, Three seem to have good coverage in Coventry. Well, this is encouraging. I genuinely believe it's a steal that I am getting here. Thanks!
Seeing as you've had no problems, can I just confirm this (I am tempted to go for an offer with a free gift, now, thanks!):
I don't have two forms of ID; only a passport.
The second method is to send two bills, within 90 (or 60?) days of the second bill to BM.net with the voucher.
So, let's say my billing starts on the 1st of April, I take that bill, and the one I get on the 1st of May, and send both (Photocopies) to BM.net with the voucher through registered/special mail? Is that all that is required?>
Thanks again!0 -
That will be all as long as you pass your chosen networks credit check.0

No. The credit check is to see that you are credit worthy (no missed/late payments etc.). May have trouble getting a contract if you're not living in the UK with a track record.0
