Does anyone know of a reasonably priced printer that can print A4 envelopes, printers used to have an adjustable piece for the envelope but they all only seem able to print A4 paper but not the envelopes these days.
I would be grateful for any help
Thanks

If you already have an A4 printer, another option would be to print your addresses on labels. I find that easier.0

Or if your wanting to have a large printed address on it then just landscape a blank word doc then write it on then put envelope into printer and select print as normal..."If you no longer go for a gap, you are no longer a racing driver" - Ayrton Senna0

An envelope designed to hold A4 is called C4, and measures 324 x 229mm. This means no standard A4 printer will be able to feed them, so I suggest you need to be looking for an A3 inkjet printer instead. Not cheap of course, so s/a labels might be the best option.0

or to put a different tilt on it, how about a dedicated label printer in addition to your regular printer?
Letterhead in regular printer, address label from label printer (possibly even print postage stamp using royal mail online service?).
Letter in C5 envelope, label on front - job done.0 -
It's an obvious point, but a C4 envelope is a Large Letter and priced accordingly by Royal Mail.
Is there a good reason why you can't fold the A4 paper once and put it into a C5 envelope (on which you could print the address) and that would go as 'Regular' Letter postage?0 -

Thanks for your replies.
We send out documents which are put into a binder with a plastic spine, they cannot br folded, nor do we want them to be!
The best bet as stated is a separate label printer so I will look at the cost of one of those,
Thank you all very muchFiliss0
