Just found this (old) thread -- so is this policy still active in John Lewis stores?

I'm toying with the idea of getting a Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet but slightly undecided. Even a no-nonsense 14-21 days would suit me just fine. Partly as I'm unsure about the screen resolution (lower than iPad3, but I don't like iPads...), and also unsure if I'll use the pen (I'm not an artist)


Of course understand the issue about saleable condition etc -- but frankly all electronics goods I buy end up virtually unblemished after a year or two as I look after them so well!
