PAC Codes and Oranges Way to Stop You Cancelling
Comments
-
i had this same problem with T-Mobile last year in April. I didn't use my PAC code because I thought they'd change the account to PAYG after the 30 days are over (I asked them to do this). But they didn't and continued to bill me. I gave them 30 days notice again but didn't pay the extra month's charges. They didn't cancel and defaulted me in November for the one month I didn't ask for in May, without any default notice being issued (I found out this year when I checked my credit files). I asked them under what agreement they'd defaulted me for something I don't owe and they can't provide this.0
