Argghh slight rant.
I bought a playsuit on the 11th March and paid straight away. The total cost was only £8, so I waited 10 days and then tried to contact the seller twice asking where was my item. I received no response, so then escaleated to a paypal claim.
Today, I received an email from the seller saying that they had been on holiday and unable to respond for 2 weeks but they sent my item before they left. I am in two minds whether to believe this or not as it could be a huge coincidence that between the time that I bought the item and today, somebody has left negative feedback for item not received and it has happened previously twice by looking at the feedback.
Now they have refunded me £7.53, should I just accept this?
I just feel that why should I have to pay their fees, and have all the hassle of chasing it up.

Is it worth the hassle for the missing fees? I would just leave them a nedative and move on.0 -
If you haven't had your item, they must refund you in full, including any postage you paid. Do not close the case, escalate it.0

They aren't allowed to deduct their fees from you, it is their job to ensure the item gets to you, or to refund in full.0

and please please please leave a negative !Bow Ties ARE cool "Just because you are offended, doesnt mean you are right" Ricky Gervais0

If the item is genuinely lost then the seller can claim back their loss from the post office - its not your job to compensate them.I seldom end up where I wanted to go, but almost always end up where I need to be0

Escalate the case, and get the FULL refund. 50p may not be a lot, but it's still yours!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

I raised a dispute through Paypal when somebody tried that with me. I won the dispute and got 100% refund but it did take a while.0 -
Can't believe the cheek of them expecting you to pay their fees!!!:www: :: MFi3 ::

Thanks everyone, definitely will press for that 47p, it may only be a small amount but I have paid for the listing and I sort of think it was never posted in the first place now.0
