Help, what is the cheapest payg phone at the moment?

Hello everyone, can anyone tell where i can buy a very cheap payg phone?

My son lives 120 miles from me and is always losing phones. He has lost three phones but for my own peace of mind, as i have not heard from since he mislaid his last phone. Which he lost or mislaid since about 25/10/06.
Really just need cheapest PAYG, as he loses phones sometimes.
It is worth me buying him cheap phone for peace of mind.:rolleyes:

Get a cheap one from ebay, and then have a look at the free simcard section of this forum, and you should be able to get a mobile for a tenner or less.
