Technika TV - Loading Interactive Service message

My telly has just started displaying this message on the Freeview source. analogue input is fine (due to switch over on the 30th as we are in the Sandy Heath transmitter region), freeview radio is fine.....

tried unplugging the power lead and leaving it, then plugging it back in - no change :(
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.
