Elvis for Christ sake what have you done>:T:T
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

was it a mistake really? or was you worried that with a 10K salary you'd possibly get refused so maybe took a chance and now worried to the concequences? call me sceptical if you like, but i still say this amounts to fraud, you've deliberately misled the cc company regards your income...albeit a "mistake", i find it strange why you don't want to be associated with it, or have you not been practicing what you've preached?

How many thousands of applications each day that reach lenders do you think have not got the correct salaries on there.
If the lenders were that bothered about it they would of asked for proof of wage with every applicant.

This is all part of their risk structure if you ask me.
OP don't let these drama queens worry you.
One little mistake and you all think the OP is jack the ripper.

If they find out it is fraud, but the only way they will find out is if you fail to keep up with payments. If you keep up with payments they will not bat an eyelid. If you phone them up telling them you can't pay, they have grounds to stiff you.
I wonder why it is, that young men are always cautioned against bad girls. Anyone can handle a bad girl. It's the good girls men should be warned against.-David Niven
