Is there a cheap option for limited International Calls?

I will may need perhaps 10 mins of telephone time to contact the UK from Spain in June, is there a cheap way of doing this without having to spend ten or twenty quid on a limited period SIM card? Wouldn't be too bad if it lasted a few years rather than 6 months

I think most internet cafes seem to be eqipped with a headset, can you buy limited amount of Skype time?

I am on Orange pay as you go, Virgin tariff I think.
