Help on gross misconduct

Hi everyone,
Thank you for your replies. I got a verbal warning. I'd just like to say though, I have never done anything like this before, it was a mistake. I am not a bully and do not bully people in the office. Infact I was recently praised for helping other members of the team out in the office (including the person my email was about). I have apologised to my managers for letting myself and my team down. On a day-to-day basis I do get on with the person very well and just made the mistake of responding to a colleagues email which I know in hindsight I should never have done.0 -
Glad it's turned out ok and that you have learned from this mistake :-)0
