Glad I went Wilkinson's instead of Tesco

It begs the age old question. What is more valuable, your time or your money. I don't have the time to shop around multiple shops. I find that ASDA generally are much better value than Tesco anyway, so I just get everything from there.
The answer to which, can generally be found in whichever commodity you are most lacking in.On the up

Wilkos has to be my favourite shop too - it's the home of family value. Does anyone know of any online database of shop/supermarket prices? I've sometimes thought of making one...0

Tesco's appear to have gone damn expensive this year. At least it has for the stuff I buy.
I'm finding almost everywhere appears cheaper than Tesco over last few months which is sad coz I live close to one.0 -
Ditched Tesco Asda Morrisons all last year and do all our shopping at local shops Butchers Fruit veg and also use homebargains, Heron farmfoods. Wilkinsons savers etc.
We realised just how much the supermarkets were ripping us off0 -
Oh and forgot to mention the local family owned wet fish shop which is around half the price cheaper of fresh fish than Morrisons charge0

I rate Wilkos!
Since my local hardware shop was forced to shut down I get nearly all my bits and bobs from there. I frequently find myself saying to friends and family, "I went to ---- yesterday to look for
, they didn't have it/any. But I found it at Wilkos, AND it was cheaper!" Yep, I always go to Wilkos first.
My most recent 'find' there was the price of their dried mealworms (bird food section). I saw the same quantity at Sainsburys and nearly fell over in shock, lol. It's the most reasonable I have found, so I've stocked up on tubs for feeding the little loves in the winter months!0 -
In my town Wilkinsons is next door to Poundland. Saves plenty of time and effort!

I have found this too - I would say very little difference in price now to Sainsbury's, which IMO has much better choice and quality. I always 'pop-in' to Wilkinson for my household goods and health and beauty products too - if you're open to which brand you use, you never have to pay full-price. I then skip these aisles when I do my big food shop at Sainsbury's. Definitely worth the time if you have a Wilkinson near-by that you can walk to easily.0 -
You better try Wilkos this is amazing you'll never regret.Late in the room:beer:0
