Tesco told me my DTD voucher was fraudulant

I sent a complaint to Tesco a few months ago as a result of an incident and the horrendous attitude of one of their assistant managers in store. As a result, I raised some very legitimate concerns about accessability issues and concerns for vulnerable customers and in response I basically got a 'we're sorry you weren't happy this time, here is a £10 voucher to spend in store'. Unfortunately I wasn't able to restrain, I posted the voucher back to them along with another letter thanking them for their patronising gesture and pointing out that they had completely failed to address any of the issues I'd raised. I was quite surprised when I got a grovelling response in return that went on for several pages.
