Dear all..

Been a 3 customer for over a year and I recognise that from time2time networks slow down/clog up: But consistently, for days on end?? Surely the network provider wants to know?? Well I tried and they didnae seem to..

I have a monthly mobile (Nexus One) SIM, £15/mo, 2Gb limit. I am nowhere near the limit & recent days usage has been low/typical.

I also have a 3 dongle I use with laptop & 3G router when I am away from home. That had a £15 top-up a week or so ago, usage not significant, over 1Gb left.

(In the Highland of Scotland.. - OK, I recognise there may be more probs. but I usually get a reliable 1Mb+ download speeds..) today and for several days it's been dropping out & speeds up/down have been real slow (60kps..).

Signal showing 3or4 bars (of 4) & 3G. 'Phone running most recent SW (Android, Gingerbread, 2.3.3, very nice thanks!).

So I 'phones 333. Get very nice man who tells me he can't do other than recommend things like flushing the cache on my 'phone browser..(!sigh!!) I know that ain't the problem as if I drive 10 miles to another mast performance is fine.. He did advise there was no engineering work going on.

In the past on both the dongle & 'phone I've regularly got 2Mb+ and once (Slough, early morning) 4Mb+.. It ain't the 'phone or the router/dongle that's slowing things down (he said with 30yrs+ IT experience... ah the arrogance of old age..)

He did say there was no engineering work going on.

Question: How/to whom does one report such issues & is there any status pages to lookup anywhere?? Or does 3/three just not care and has no systems or support in place to look at such generic, 3G speed, issues?? I'm so p***d off with this I fear a letter to the home address of each director may be looming.. (£1, Companies House... a good wheeze...).

Regards & thanks in advance
