You have to telephone automated number 0871 990 0502 and follow instructions to obtain PIN... takes only a few minutes.
You could also try 01244 779900 to do the same thing more cheaply... they specify this number to use if you are abroad but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work if you phone from the UK also.0 -
I got mine sent through the post the day before the card arrived and then changed it at an ATM0
