Hi, my mother-in-law is just filling in her first claim form for the above and it asks for a order number.. we've checked all the paper work she's ever had and we can't find one.. we've got invoice no. customer no. invoice no. but not a order number.. can anyone help as their customer services is closed.. thanks

Firstly how did she purchase her deal. I looked up my details online and I found from websales confirmation of my order and towards the bottom of the email it gives an order number for quoting. It has six numbers. Personally unless I knew for certain though I would quote this and all other details I have, including my inside leg measurements. This is the excerpt of that email
Date of Order: 27-09-06
Your order number is:xxxxxx Please quote your order Id in any
correspondance.


See if she has this email. I hope this helps.
