Hi, am just wonderering if anyone has received this yet?. My tax code for this year was L & i earned over £6000. I posted the forms at the end of December, but when I called my tax office for a update, they said they still not received the forms!!! & were not very helpful. Does anyone know how long this takes??:rolleyes:0

We have been advising people that they should expect to wait 8 to 10 weeks before they hear anything. We have also been advised that a significant majority are claims from people who have already received it.
HMRC have not taken on extra staff to deal with deluge of forms. All these forms have arrived in the tax offices at the busiest time of the tax year so they are also dealing with those people who have submitted their tax returns at the very last minute. Your form is just another piece of post and they are dealt with according to the date they arrived in the office. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
