  • How did you do dancemum?

I folded two loads of ironing :o
    unloaded and reloaded wm
    unloaded and reloaded td
wiped all the surfaces in kitchen
    wiped table
    cleaned all other surfaces
    unloaded and loaded dw
    wiped leather sofa in kitchen

I'm quite impressed, actually ;) I think that is all I need to do in the kitchen today....after I have picked up littlies I will do 2 x HHI (about 4-ish)
I also really need to put away the ironing that I did a couple of days ago...it is still sitting on the landing after being moved to and fro from my bedroom every morning and evening!

How did you get on Little Miss Happy

In my HHC (with poorly back) I
    Emptied TD & filled WM
Phone calls I have been putting off
Phoned tax credit line to sort something out
Found FF insurance policy and rang John Lewis (Big Freezer drawer front snapped off)
Rang repair company and arranged new drawer to be delivered
Put on calendar to blitz freezer Sunday (Not done long ago but needs to be up to visitor)
    More washing up
  • HHC at 4.15 anyone?

Have a huge "toots" list I need to get to, but some dailies first..

  • Hi everyone,

Have made real progress today. The living room is looking great!

Tuesday ~ Living room/family room or other reception room!

    Level One
[STRIKE] Declutter and vacuum the floors! [/STRIKE]
[STRIKE] Clean out the fire place.. vacuum dust and fluff [/STRIKE]
    Level Two
[STRIKE] Vacuum under furniture you can safely move! [/STRIKE]
[STRIKE] Dust and deweb.. make sure you do light fittings and bulbs! [/STRIKE]
Clean the sofas.. vacuum under/between/backs cushions.. turn them over for even wear if possible.
    Level Three
[STRIKE] Wipe over all the fluffy electricals.. don't electrocute yourself please!! [/STRIKE]
    Wipe and water the plants
[STRIKE] Wipe grubby paintwork [/STRIKE]– done but this needs painting really!

    Extras
    1. Finish/do a small DIY job - I have a whole list!! The one I am going to pick is to paint the radiator pipes.
    2. Wash any soft furnishings that are ickified - I have remove covers to cushions to be washed but the main parts of the sofa really need to be cleaned (and the carpet) baby has been sick in loads of places! Will see if the budget will stretch to a carpet/upholstery cleaner thingy
    3. [STRIKE] Clean out a cupboard.. any cupboard [/STRIKE]
    4. [STRIKE] Wash those misty windows! OUTSIDE/INSIDE [/STRIKE]
Red jobs carried over to tomorrow as I'm on a living room mission this week.
The plasterer is coming tonight to quote for job. I hope we can afford it.
Wednesday generally is a day when I don't get a lot done because we have our baby group in the morning. Will see what I can achieve though.

Oh, got great news as been signed off by CBT counsellor cos I'm doing so well :j:j.
thats great new Mumof2 I bet you feel really good about it - long may it last (((hugs)))

rach hi you - nice to see - hugs for you and Leo xx
Have you ever tried to hoover a duvet LOL - you have to kinda stand on it and do a little jig so it doesnt get sucked up the hoover LOL
nixie when you have a sturdy washing line in place put the duvet over it and peg along the top and peg the sides together - you can then use one hand to keep it tight and the other to vacuum with the hose and brush nozzle - does that make sense -I leave now:rotfl:

    before I get my coat

    I have emptied the shed
it has been brushed vacuumed and wiped - millions of creepies are now homeless!
the windows have been cleaned inside and out
everything dusty has been wiped down before being put back
the rubbish is all bagged ready to go - will have to take it to the skip as I have already filled my bins.
    somethings have been freegled.

1 x WM on the line and dry
    WM put through clean wash
    defrag done
    bank transfers done

    have a rest now
    toots xx
    Peace will be mine
could do better - must try harder

It's from a company called BPS Access Solutions Ltd. They had a stall at the homes and gardens exhibition in Middleton Hall in Central MK shopping centre, and we got a special show price of £200.
*Goes away for a quick Google* They have a website... here you go.:o

    http://www.laddersandscaffoldtowers.co.uk/

the new one we have is like the wooden one, its very easy for me to get down and put back up, the ladders sit on the hatch.

I am both vertically and physically 'challanged' so it has to be easy or I can't do it.

    Managed to
    declutter LR
vac including under the moveable bits
    dusted some things
    dewebbed
    also did hall and stairs
    Sue
Do I need to eat it :o
    Can I afford the calories:eek:
have I checked for a lower calorie version:T

flippin eck toots that is loads, well done but make sure you chill out for the rest of the day. You've put me to shame, I seem to have wasted the day trying to look at porch awnings in the 'flesh' without success. However I think I have seen enough on line to make an informed decision and I have been to the storaage place to pick up the fob for access to get the caravan in and out.

Also decided to mow the grass front and back which took ages as it was the first cut of the year, worth doing but I have FILLED almost 2 green wheelie bins! The grass out front is open plan so I have done ours and next door's so that I oculd use their bin as well ;)

Just as I was finishing it started to try and rain (forecast for tomorrow) so feeling even better now :D

About to put 'cheese pie' (quiche) in for dinner.

LadyLiberty Have a couple of spare spoons and a big ((((hug))))

Also hugs and spoons to those in need. I've cheered up this afternoon. Got a load of admin done that I've been putting off forever, and am planning a mammoth sorting and filing session tonight/tomorrow. (Assuming I can get DH to distract dog - paw prints on client work is not a good impression :rotfl::rotfl:)

Got 2 prospective clients lined up in the next 2 days. That's more than in the past 3 months :T Fingers crossed as I'd really like to contribute more to the household budget but sometimes black dog just means getting out of bed is a struggle.
