Three price plans don't include calls to mobiles?
It appears that all 3 price plans have this mentioned in the plan details:
"Inclusive minutes and texts are for UK mobiles and landlines beginning 01, 02, 03. 08 / 070 numbers cost up to 35p per call plus 35p per minute / £1.02 per call plus 71.5p per minute respectively."
Does this mean that you can't call your friend's mobile without being charged 35p per minute? All other networks I've looked at give you a number of minutes in your allowance that are any time, any network. It appears that three doesn't include any mobile calls in your allowance.
Can anyone who has recently signed up to 3 confirm this?

An 070 is a personal number.0

Hi, you are misunderstanding the terms. It states UK mobiles, then it states landlines starting with 01,02,03,08 then states landlines starting 070 cost 35p. These are not mobiles, which begin with 074, 078, etc not 070. I am on 3 and can confirm this.0

I'm on a 3 SIM only deal and my 100 mins includes all UK mobiles. I'm not charged to call my son (on o2)."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0

070xx prefixes are personal numbering in the UK - calls point to a satellite company where they can divert to any international number - landline, voip, mobile or satellite - infact ANY number ANYWHERE
In the UK you per minute not out of plan allowances as its not a mobile, thank Oftel then Ofcom and 3 ,for not making it clear that 070xx prefixes are personal numbering NOT mobile numbers.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe

Read the highlighted quote from you.
Mobile phones start with 077 078 or 079 Not 070

Thanks, I did misunderstand the terms. In my defence it is ambiguous; I was reading the "beginning 01, 02, 03" part as applying to UK mobiles as well as landlines.

it states that the allowance can be used for uk mobile networks and landlines beginning with 01, 02 and 03.
then it states call to numbers beginning with 08 and 070 cost 35p per call/minute or over.
as far as i know, uk mobiles begin with 075, 076, 077, 078 and 079. I had a number from t-mobile beginning with 075 and O2 begin with 078.0 -

It means what it says on the Tin.
"Inclusive minutes and texts are for UK mobiles and landlines beginning 01, 02, 03."
If you want to check what these type of calls cost outside your inclusive minutes bundle see

and if you want to check what non standard call charges cost eg 08/070 visit.
