Stick with the pregnancy tests and if in doubt see a doctor as people will always tell you conflicting information and unfortunately a lot of people only see it in black and white - had period = not pregnant. test negative = not pregnant...... and that's not true for all

Also your symptoms etc could just be where you've come off the pill and your body's adjusting.....

Indeed. My 'implantation spotting' was actually the heaviest period I'd had in years. It was a nightmare at the time. But not so bad when I realised what it was (we'd been trying for some time).

I would suggest that you try and put it to the back of your mind for a few weeks before doing another test. And if you're not pg, at least you're going to be very good at doing the tests so you won't have any failed ones and enjoy trying. Once you're pg and then have a baby, you might not get so much chance.

Thanks for asking. Still waiting and seeing- my next period is due in 4 days, so remains to be seen if it will come as usual! Been trying not to think about it, but have been feeling pretty nauseous and light headed for a while, so i figure it is a possibility..

I will make sure i pop back and post when i know either way!
