Actually it is technically possible for any satnav maker to map all UK speed limits and warn you in real time if you are exceeding. Though I don't speed, I'm not so smug as to say I don't need electronic assistance to avoid missed road signs - and some places are notoriously poorly signed for speed limits.
So do any sat navs have this function?
My Garmin 1410 does just that.
