Cancelling contract via PAC number porting
Hi there,
I have a number of contract phones that I wish to cancel in the coming month. Instead of sending cancellation notice to each of them, I am wondering whether I can ring up and ask for PAC code then just port the number to a different network PAYG?
Let say my 12 month contract will end on 28 Mar 2007, I should be ok to ask for PAC and then port the number during 28 Feb ~ 28 Mar?
As I am travelling abroad quite a lot, so it is not always possible to ring/post the network just to give them 30 days notice.
