Hi
That is a lot easier to read thanks.
Unsure whether I can advise you, sounds like a legal matter.
The only thing I can think of is (I believe) the descriptions of goods act under which the item has to be of godo quality and fit for purpose.
You have used the phone but £300 seems excessive. Perhaps you could negotiate with the firm to pay part of the phone's value? After all, even though it isn't brand new and longer they should still get some value out of it. Alternatively you could ask for the phone back and try selling it yourself.0 -
I have an o2 online contract and im desperate for it to finish. Totaly hacked off with the way they trat folk online so im gonna go to another provider when my contract runs up.
*Also for me to finish the contract IM the one who has to phone AND write to them a month in advance telling them i no longer require the contract.
Methinks ill stick with PAYG next time, online offers are never as good.0
