This memo obviously didn't get sent to the store i went to today, i thought to save time i would hand my DTD voucher in at customer services and get them to verify it while i was doing my shopping. I then got into a bit of a discussion with them about people trying to commit fraud !!! i don't know what they were trying to say but i definately wasn't trying to commit any type of fraud after about 10 mins i eventually managed to persuade another store manager to ring CS at head office, when she eventually got through to them it took all of two minutes to get it confirmed that my voucher was legitimate.
All the time i was stood there i was made to feel like a criminal especially when the security guard decided to stand next to me, i have never felt so bleeding awful in all of my life and not so much as a kiss my watsit, so definately won't be going back to that store again!!

Strangely, I've just had a "cannot find receipt details" email from tesco for a receipt from last wed. But, I received the confirmation email and spent the voucher last thurs! Could tesco be randomly sending these out to try and put people off? Wondered if they are also not sending some of the emails to try and put people off as well?

Does any one know what time tesco's staff finish/start their shifts?
I want to do another shop to spend my voucher but don't want to risk being recognised! I went at about 5.30 today.
