    I've been Money Tipped!

This memo obviously didn't get sent to the store i went to today, i thought to save time i would hand my DTD voucher in at customer services and get them to verify it while i was doing my shopping. I went back to CS after i did my shopping and they said they were still trying to get it verified, the next thing i know i have a security guard stood next to me and two of the store managers then come up to me and tell me that on this occasion they can't take my voucher as the numbers dont match - 24hr clock and an extra no 1 - i had already said to the Cs when i entered the shop that they didn't match and the reason why and suggested they ring head office CS to get it verified. I asked them if they had rung CS and they said no they don't need to as they know what they are doing - really!!!!

I then got into a bit of a discussion with them about people trying to commit fraud !!! i don't know what they were trying to say but i definately wasn't trying to commit any type of fraud after about 10 mins i eventually managed to persuade another store manager to ring CS at head office, when she eventually got through to them it took all of two minutes to get it confirmed that my voucher was legitimate.
All the time i was stood there i was made to feel like a criminal especially when the security guard decided to stand next to me, i have never felt so bleeding awful in all of my life and not so much as a kiss my watsit, so definately won't be going back to that store again!!

I would send a letter of complaint to the ceo you might get a moneycard from them as an apology which you could use to buy more dtd items .....don't be put off keep going xxxxxxx

    SPREADSHEET:

Updated 26 minutes ago by cjassecker

    if that helps. :)

That's me, updated the McLellands cheese to reflect the new price, it was already in alphabetical order beforehand though :(

It's seems to me that the traffic seems to be an issue, editors seem to have trouble getting in to edit due to amount of people viewing.

Would it not make sense to have a master copy, which the editors can edit, and as many copies as needed to lessen the traffic to the master.

Copies could be maked COPY and have a time they were last updated. That should reduce traffic to the master, allowing easier access for the editors.

More people will be able to view in spreadsheet view instead of the basic version.

It's pretty simple to then update the copies from the master, and allow more people to enjoy the spreadsheet in all it's glory :T
A link to the master and copies in the OP, and a plea for people to view the copies to allow the master to be easily accessed for updating may solve a few of the issues we are having at the moment.

I'm happy to list a couple of copies, but can't currently access the ss to pull off a fresh copy.

Can anyone see any negatives to this approach ?

What flavour did you buy? IIRC needs to be the Aqua Physics version.

    regards

    I bough this one:

Olay anti wrinkle day firming cream at £3 in Asda, £10.20 in tesco. Does this not work??
