Quiz Time - Out of interest, what is the lowest initial spend that would generate a £20 voucher (or for those that have been doing it for a while when the cap wasn't in place, the lowest initial spend to generate the £100)? Clearly it has to be those items where the DTD results in them paying you take the items away (a - on the spreadsheet) but just interested to know. I am thinking Olay/Lamb plus either pancake or Crisps and about a £15 spend?

    Many thanks

am not sure if it was THE cheapest but I did 8x pancakes and 2 bulbs of Garlic for £12.52, and got the £20 DTD voucher.

Does any one know what time tesco's staff finish/start their shifts?
I want to do another shop to spend my voucher but don't want to risk being recognised! I went at about 5.30 today.

I used two DTD vouchers in one shop today, one for me and one for my Mum. Nothing was said, I think this is okay?

if I used my big voucher tonight for £91.26 and the shopping is cheaper at Asda, will they

    a) refuse it completely as it takes it over £100, or
    b) pay a voucher up to the £100 mark, i.e. £8.74

If the former, can I resubmit it on 1st May (all assuming it hasn't been pulled by then) and get the £20 from it?
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)

  • Nope, someone did actually do that.

Did someone just make a bit of a boo boo? Is there any point in me going through all these and fixing them all again, or will someone intentially do this again?

If a mistake, then please just PM me and I'll get on with trying to sort it out. If not, then I think I'll leave it until someone can work out who did it in case it happens again.

Ok as long as i dont refresh I have it still on the old format.... Can that help anyone resort it?

    regards

I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.

If some people can close the spreadsheet i'll see if it can be reverted by mere admins or if it has to be the owner.

Probably already posted but the Tesco Price (checker) Watch is back on their website but now it only compares products against Ocado.
    http://www.tesco.com/pricewatch/default.asp

Isn't Ocado the most expensive of all the Supermarkets?

Somehow the spreadsheet has been sorted into alphabetical order. I can't unsort it.

So the header for the "bread" section lies between the Branston mayo and the Budweiser.

In T today buying Kellogg's elevenses raisen bars. Took 2 boxes of the x 6 size to the till and the helpful CA told me it was cheaper to buy the new x 12 box, called over a wandering employee and got her to swap them. Nothing I could say :(

1 pack for home and 1 pack to take into work? Hard to think straight when they catch you on the hop like that!
