Having used a completely different e-mail to any used before (and surely the IP address cannot be used as businesses all use the same one for example), I am not IMO over any checkable limit (and in any case not over £100/10 receipts in April).

Just getting P'd off now!

Yeah, apparently someone has - and there was a 'technical issue', which was now sorted, and the vouchers should start filtering through.
