I am having that problem with the screen too, but mysteriously its happening on a new email address (first voucher submitted on that email yesterday) so NOT over the limit by a mile. Even odder when I type a different email in with different receipt details it goes through OK. So it seems to be a problem (for me) with that particular email.

Same here. My one came through as Tesco being cheaper but my mum's one isn't working. Says input email address etc. Not been £100 that's for sure. Also I entered my son's with his email address and this is only his 3rd shop - he's just started doing it in April and same with him. Typical when I told him the best shower gels etc. to buy.
