Never been so embarrassed.
My and OH both did a shop with vouchers, got to the till and the SA had never seen the vouchers before, I told her what has happened in the past but as there was a digit missing on the voucher she called for a supervisor who also pointed out the missing digit. I said I think that was normal but he wasn't too sure but knows 'this has happened before' so marched me to CS with my shopping etc. I felt the eyes all looking.
We got the CS desk and guess what, she didn't know how to process them either and a colleague who is on his break needs to check it, 'he is due back any minute'. I advised the SA supervisor that he better go back to the till I was on as my 'Sister' was using a voucher aswell. He marched of back to the till and told the OH to head over to the CS desk.
In the end the CS girl went to find her 'colleague' and then minutes later she returned annd promptly processed the vouchers with no problems. She appologised and off we went. As we walked of we heard her say to another colleague 'this does annoy me, if they introduce these things why can't they tell us how to process them?'
OH well ,another two DTD shops completed
I'd love to be part of a DTD 'flashmob'. We could all turn up at a big Tesco and all go through all the tills with a voucher at the same time. Would be a great giggle ... if a headache for the staff! :rotfl:0 -

anyone with experience in this that can share? thank you!
I have done an online shop and I handed the voucher to the driver with the receipt. I photocopied the receipt first in case he lost it.
I also rang the store the day after to ensure he had handed it in. The voucher can always be reprinted if lost but the receipt cant, so thats why its best to take a copy.
My driver tried to insist he didnt take vouchers, but I insisted he did lol. Please God, help me stop spending!0 -

Anyone else on here has a similar comment made to them or anyone on here know anyone who works for T?
