Yes, I can confirm this happened to me last night too. Your original supporting receipt was a non-Clubcard transaction (because Clubcard transaction receipts have no barcode).
My hunch is this is a way to link baskets where no Clubcard is presented. Thus a way to group DTD claims along with email address to more strictly impose the 100/mo. limit.
Temporary Clubcards then?0 -
Me too.. But will they come through eventually - thats the questions!?:eek:
I blardy hope so! I think the majority of the times I've seen posters having to wait they have then turned up, there has been the odd one which they haven't been able to find although I think a lot of them originated from one store.
My one that was missing previously did come through the next day.0 -

If T do a bogof crisps £1.70 for 2, and A are selling them at £1.50 each, then they would either expect you to buy 2 from tesco making them 85p each (so no dtd) or factor in buying 2 from asda (£3) (still no dtd). Either way T is cheaper IF you want 2 packs. If someone wanted only 1 then A is cheaper, but it seems T don't want you to do this and gain from dtd.
The point may have been lost. A few weeks ago, Cathedral City or whatever 'seriously strong' cheddar was on offer. BOGOF at Tesco, half price at Asda. It's this kind of situation I was referring too, where they are effectively offering the same deal but in slightly different packaging.
Either way, you are probably right - it wouldn't work in our favour would it.0
