Can you return unwanted item to a different Tesco store?

My wife did her first DTD shop this morning and got a little carried away buying items to the value of over £20 DTD! BTW, she paid cash for them (even without the item we want to return DTD voucher should come at £20). The store is 12 miles away, and our local store is only 1 mile away.

hi wirehair i use the hastings store too none of the staff seem to know what to do with them and end up calling the super over which i hate because it draws attention! i am going to start alternating between hastings and glyne gap ;)

Just rang Tesco as I was concerned about the fact that I had handed my £20 voucher to the delivery guy last night for my online order, and he had seemed clueless (told me he didnt accept vouchers lol). Lucky I did ring as he had given them the voucher but couldnt remember which customer had given it to him! Then the guy on the phone said they had had hardly any vouchers in the store and they were still getting used to them, so its not so popular in that location obviously! My delivery driver hadnt even heard of dtd!
Please God, help me stop spending!

You can put in any receipt from the last 28days, or at least that was the case last time I read the T&Cs

    Also:
    No Buying Toiletries Challenge(£1 an item):£66 :p
A number of you have this sort of thing in your sig - does it count as buying if Tesco pay you to take then :P
