this is my 1st visit to this thread today which is a first as i normally check as soon as i get up :rotfl:
maybe it's because i have no vouchers at the moment & the receipts i added yesterday probably won't appear until tomorrow as it seems tesco's dtd staff don't work on friday's :rotfl:
you should check out the american apparell thread if you want some freebies & have no tesco's dtd vouchers at the moment ;)

it ended at 11.59pm apparently :(

There was a guy in a mobility scooter last night when i was using my voucher. He was buying 1 loaf of bread and got stuck by trolleys behind him. 20 minutes later, the lady returned with my voucher. You should have seen his face. :rotfl:

    oh poor man :(

I would have felt sorry for him, but I kept apologing to him and he ws just grumpy back. I didn't ask the tesco lady to walk around the whole store before deciding to put it through.
  • wasnt a critisism of you smila :o
  • at the expense of sounding even dumber than usual.... please can someone tell me what to do with my tesco till receipt? I have tried to follow the link at the start of this thread but nothing happens....

I have gone to different store today in an attempt to find rack of lamb to no joy but they did have Jamies sausages in

The Se didn't know how to put them through so advised to scan, she said that she doesn't understand them as if they got the prices right first time wouldn't have to come back spending the voucher... My thought exactly...

    LOL ;-)

Got DH to go to MrT on his way home from work last night, gave him £18.** voucher and list of DTD things to get (e.g. 1xphiladelphia), he came home with only half the stuff on the list as he went to a smaller T which didn't sell some of the things. Most of the things he bought were ok, but he had 2 philadelphia! Why? "it was bogof". I thought oh well win some, lose some.
When I went to enter receipt details I noticed there were cigarettes on it as well!? He had taken the shopping to the tobacco kiosk so he could pay it all together. Shopping came to less than voucher but because he had cigs on receipt as well the total was more. They used the voucher (partly) against cigs!!

    Morning everyone
done a couple of shops and the vouchers came in yesterday, not much new on them-not sure if some have been mentioned as playing catch up with the thread

BISTO BEST GLASS JARS DIDNT WORK- would have been cheaper in Mr A so lowered my dtd voucher dammit :)

THIRSTPOCKETS DECORATED KITCHEN TOWELS 4PACK £2.50 at Mr T and £2 at A (i thought £2.50 was quite cheap for 4 kitchen rolls im sure its cheaper than tescos own brand to start with though so bonus on the dtd)

    WHOLE EARTH ORGANIC P/NUT BUTTER 340g £2.19 Mr T and £1.50 mr A

VELVET FACIAL TISSUES £1.99 Mr T and £1 at mr A

ANDREX FRESH TOILET TISSUE TUB 42's £1.94 mr T and £1.22 mr A

    hth
