Got the after eights tonight and just trying to decide if they'd be ok to keep till Christmas as the expiry date is 12/11! My son will be off to uni next year and I already have a stack of Fray Bentos pies for him to take expiry date 2014! and a finding myself checking the best dates for teabags so as I can stash them for him as well!

Phileas Fogg crisps are NOT on the asda website. This seems strange. I take it they are no longer available for DTD?0

I remeber seeing Nigella make a pud like that with golden syrup and cream on it. At the time I couldn't believe you could serve your yorkies with anything but gravy!
Nigella pudding
Make Yorkshire pudding as normal (use veg oil or shortening as fat)
while pudding is cooking pour some golden syrup into a jug and thick double cream in another or use vanilla ice cream instead of double cream.0 -
