I have never been questioned once when using a voucher no supervisior called nothing SA just scanned it & all has been fine so on this occassion, for the store i go to. i agree

I'm finding it all very hit and miss.

Today I targetted young boys(now, now......not like that  :p) and I was highly impressed, they knew exactly what to do with them, I expected that I would have to tell them what to do but scanned them, signed the receipts, no fuss whatsoever.

When my daughter went with me, she went to a middle aged lady who didn't have a clue what she was doing, she had to tell her what to do, she didn't call the supervisor.

And then I did my 3rd shop where they seemed quite peeved at me for using my voucher. A young girl this time and her biatch of a supervisor....sorry but she really does scowl at you! I'm sure she's lovely in real life just not in DTD life!

    Hi all,
Reporting in on the days shopping...

Received a voucher (or 2) for yesterdays shops... necsafe gold blend 100g, Turners Merlot, Fairy non-bio gel 667ml all dtd ok

Couldn't resist starting off a 'fresh' £20 dtd spend bought Turners, Lurpak, Fairy, the 100g gold blend was oos so picked up some Thirst pockets multi cloths 2.39 T, 1.50 A so we'll se if that particular horse trots in...

Spent one £20 voucher today on non-dtd - needed some proper shopping - lol! proper bargains nouvelle loo roll 9pk £5.09 BOGOF, T's washing liquid 2 for £1.20, 8 branston beans £2.00 etc

    Happy Days :)

the tesco own make loo roll is on DTd £1 T vs 50p asda
also heinz snap pots and fridge packs are on DTD too, are you going to input your receipt from your normal shop to see if you get anything?

Been following this thread for a few weeks now. Did a couple of small (£15) shops all went well then decided to go for it proper last Thursday so done 3 shops - two at 40 (one part recycle) and one 70 then nearly had a heart attack when I came back and everyone was on about a £20 cap! Fortunately all vouchers received ok today so been able to enjoy the Turners finally - free wine tastes good and finally encouraged me to join in on the threads.

Looking forward to going shopping tomorrow - and normally I hate shopping!

is it a named cheque to go into a bank account?

do you think you can claim more than once if you were stupid enough to buy it again?

the packs have a money back guarantee if you think they are rubbish, you just fill in the form on the website, but closing dates 31st march. You have to send receipt so make sure use receipt for next dtd shop 1st before sending!

Dont get me wrong, the staff I have dealt with so far have been fine too, I queried how staff would deal with larger vouchers following the change to terms and conditions as they may not be willing to accept existing higher vouchers and this was the response. I do however think that based on a lot of peoples experience based on staff not knowing what to do with the vouchers etc that the claim made by CS was perhaps a bit misinformed! Lol
Yeah alot of peeps have had a rough ride by staff not having a scooby doo( i do feel sorry for youse) but i was basing my answer on my experience & staff where i go to have been brand new
    Shop one - A vs T
    Shop two - A vs W
    And then repeat :j:j:j
    & now add - A vs S
What the heck A vs the world :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
