No, just calling in reinforcements to deal with your mega shop. Lol.
I've just had a thought - maybe all this frequent shopping will create a few extra jobs at Mr T's and his suppliers. Maybe this is the entrepreneurial spirit that all the politicians are hoping for. Shop peeps - your country needs you! :j
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:From the sounds of it, there's no reason why you can't use the voucher again. if they haven't marked your original recipt in any way, then they will not know that you have used the other voucher already. If per chance, they did query it you could say "how is that possible, when you always take/keep, take/sign my receipt?"
BUT, what I would say is, what do your morals say? We are getting a blooming good deal out of Mr T, so best not to take advantage I think (well, not any more than we are respectfully doing!:D)
He is not trying to use a voucher twice though (just in case you have misuderstood). He only wants to use each voucher once but is not sure which one has been used... I think he and his wife printed two each and they've got them mixed up now as the used receipt is unmarked!
French_Knickers wrote: »In theory they'd have given you a giftcard. If they didn't mark your receipt you could then...................ok lets not go there! :rotfl::rotfl:
I know... it's not marked. But I am going to resist temptation and bin it. I already did well enough with £8.64 DTD from a wombled receipt yesterday, I'm not going to push it.
No T for me this evening, I'm actually (don't all faint) going to try to resume some kind of social life by going to the cinema with a friend. :rotfl: Back on track tomorrow hopefully! Then going to my mum's for the weekend with several bags full of T goodies. This deal is doing me and many others a great turn.
This is doing me a mahuuuusively great turn, it truly is.
Have got to the point (before I knew about this deal), of just going out and buying what food and toiletries I needed, when I need it - and never actually having the money to stock up on things.
And even then it was in Iceland, or Asda or places where it was all nice and cheap.
So, I will definitely be playing by the rules, and making the most of this.
Thank you Mr T and thank you to my wonderful friend for introducing me to this in the first place.:smileyhea0 -
p.s. to clarify, my policy on returning N/A items is: yes, IF there's nothing DTD-able on the same receipt i.e. I haven't had a voucher from that receipt. In some cases I've paid cash for N/A items and I'm definitely within my rights to return those!!
I wouldn't abuse the promo by returning something I've had DTD on and I hope that others feel the same.
This seems fair and equitable to me and also to Tesco.Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs
