Suggestion, take in BOTH vouchers, and BOTH receipts for your next shop, but only ask to claim £20.... tell them that the SA didn't mark the receipt when you used one of them, but you don't know which one.... (which was their fault!!!!) and you do not want to make the mistake of using the same voucher twice because that is fraud and you are an honest person. :j:j:j
That seems like the best solution to me. Honest admission - and you will almost certainly get to use the second voucher. Hope it works out for you barry.Krystaltips wrote: »2 £20 vouchers for me...

Just something to think about, I'll be buying more pasta tonight to donate to the local foodbank. It's technically free and they're always crying out for staple items...
Another lovely idea!!!! I did massively well out of a previous T glitch (on a food item) and donated most of it to charity and Freecycle, it felt good to help someone else.French_Knickers wrote: »Did you buy them with a DTD voucher?
No, do you think I'm daft!!I bought them with cash so that I would get cash DTD!!! I can't imagine how they would have worked DTD out at the CS desk if it had been bought with a voucher. The mind boggles... :rotfl:

I have two vouchers for £20. I also have 2 receipts that match the vouchers. (numbers, times everything)
My wife has already cashed in one voucher as we had both printed it off. When she used it she had the receipt back and put it in the drawer with all the other receipts. For the first time ever they didn't mark the receipt
Now I am wondering which voucher (I still have two with the receipts) has been cashed in as I don't want to commit fraud for £20.
In summary - Both vouchers have receipts which match .
One voucher has been printed twice and used once - I don't know which one.
Both Barcodes are the same on the vouchers as are values - £20
Can tesco scan both vouchers, tell me which one has been used and bin it so I can use the other one??
From the sounds of it, there's no reason why you can't use the voucher again. if they haven't marked your original recipt in any way, then they will not know that you have used the other voucher already. If per chance, they did query it you could say "how is that possible, when you always take/keep, take/sign my receipt?"
BUT, what I would say is, what do your morals say? We are getting a blooming good deal out of Mr T, so best not to take advantage I think (well, not any more than we are respectfully doing!:D)0 -
