I used the white crystal one today in a white wash, school polo shirts still came out very grey as did the white socks. How are people using it to get best results??

I want to use my voucher before I exchange my clothes just in case but I can't print it:mad: we have a continuous ink system and every so often it says there no ink and needs to be overridden. this drives me mad every time it happens and even more so as I asked OH to sort it last night:mad::mad::mad:
so I will have to wait till this evening to go shopping:mad:
still...will give me longer to plan my list:D

Many thanks to cambermam and Adam for pulling all this together. Can I suggest we have one running sheet added to the first post? Makes it easier and can point newbies to it without all the repetition.

Also, suggest a date on the running sheet. Would also be useful to have a new thread each week to make everything more manageable. I'm not that technical so every little bit helps!!!

Have stuffed up so far but will persist, realised my maths isn't as good as it should be!!
